2. Deliveries
2.1 The company makes deliveries throughout the country through couriers or authorized shipping companies.
2.2 Average delivery times: 5–14 business days From the date of order confirmation, unless otherwise specified.
2.3 There may be delays beyond the company's control due to logistical overload, third-party malfunctions or force majeure.
2.4 Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed to the customer at the time of ordering.
2.5 Products of unusual weight or requiring special lifting/unloading – will be charged additional costs depending on location and complexity.
3. Self-collection
3.1 Products can be collected directly from our head office at: Baltimore 21 Elrom Park, Acre
By prior arrangement only.
3.2 Collection will be possible Sunday-Thursday between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM.
4. Customer responsibility upon delivery
4.1 The customer must ensure presence at the delivery address on the scheduled date.
4.2 In the event of delivery failure due to absence/lack of access to the address - the customer will be charged a return shipping cost.
4.3 The customer is responsible for preparing the supply site (easy access, possibility of unloading, available electricity, etc.).
5. Transaction cancellation and product return
5.1 A transaction may be canceled in accordance withConsumer Protection Law, 5741-1981 and its regulations.
5.2 Cancellation of a transaction will be possible within 14 days From the date of receipt of the product or from the date of receipt of the disclosure document - whichever is later.
5.3 In transactions with a customer who is a person with a disability, a veteran citizen or a new immigrant – the right of cancellation will exist within 4 months From the date of employment, subject to presentation of an appropriate certificate.
5.4 Refunds will be made within 14 business days from the date of receipt of the cancellation notice, minus the cancellation fees stipulated by law (up to 51% of the transaction price or 100 NIS - whichever is lower).
5.5 The product will be returned closed in its original packaging, new, unused and without damage to its appearance/function.
5.6 Products that were custom-made or imported specifically for the customer are not returnable, unless there is a manufacturing defect or non-conformity to the order.
5.7 The cost of returning the product will be borne by the customer, unless it is a defective/incorrect product that was sent through the company's fault.
6. Warranty for defective products
6.1 If the product is received damaged or different from the order, the customer must report it in writing to office@everest-machine.co.il within 48 hours From the date of receipt of the shipment.
6.2 The company will offer: replacement for a new product, repair, or refund – at its discretion and in accordance with the law.
7. Force Majeure
Exceptional events such as war, strike, epidemic, natural disaster or third-party malfunctions will be considered "force majeure" and will allow the company to postpone/cancel the delivery without the customer being entitled to compensation.
