7. Returns, cancellations and consumer rights (*)<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Cancellation fees \u2013 up to 5% of the transaction price or 100 NIS, whichever is lower ().<\/em>
<\/em> 7.2 In a distance selling transaction with a person with a disability\/senior citizen\/new immigrant \u2013 there is a right to cancel within 4 months, subject to law (<\/em>).

7.4 Without derogating from consumer rights under law \u2013 the Company may offer a favorable returns policy; in the event of a conflict \u2013 the legal provision will prevail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

8.1 Warranty (if any) will be provided according to the manufacturer's\/importer's terms only and subject to presentation of an invoice and compliance with terms of use\/maintenance.
